Mick Kavanagh
Managing Partner
Mick is a senior consultant and executive advisor with
a strong clinical background and extensive leadership
experience across regulated sectors. A former Director
of Services and Director of Safeguarding, Mick supports
organisations in the corporate, community and public
sectors to strengthen governance, manage risk and
build leadership capability. His expertise spans strategic
planning, service development, regulatory compliance
and workforce effectiveness.
He is also an expert facilitator and mediator with over 30
years experience delivering training courses in Health & Safey,
Mental Health and Health and Social Care.
Carrie O' Keeffe
Managing Partner
Carrie is a strategic training and project management
expert helping organisations boost performance,
compliance and culture. A leader in consumer
vulnerability, safeguarding and inclusive practice, she
designs and delivers impactful training across community,
healthcare, retail and corporate sectors. Carrie equips
professionals to lead change, build resilience and create
safer, more people-centred workplaces.
